Description

The Hesto Harnesses Graduate in Training – Organisational Design & Development programme is a structured 24-month learning and development initiative. The successful candidate will rotate through various units within the Organisational Design and Development (OD&D) function, gaining exposure to strategic workforce planning, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and organisational efficiency improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Support the Organisational Design & Development team with daily operations and strategic initiatives
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of organisational development projects
• Participate in job analysis, job evaluation, and role profiling activities
• Contribute to talent management, learning and development, and performance management processes
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis related to HR metrics and OD interventions
• Participate in process improvement and change management initiatives
• Attend scheduled training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews
• Perform administrative and reporting duties related to OD&D functions
• Carry out other duties as assigned within the HR and Organisational Development departments

Qualifications

• BCom Human Resources Management (Essential), or
• Bachelor of Human Resources Management (Essential), or
• Bachelor of Human Resources Development (Desirable)
